Tuition and Fees
The WYIS school board sets tuition annually. It is payable in accordance with an approved payment plan.
Tuition Payments and Refund Policy
Parents are responsible for the payment of all school fees, which must be paid in full before report cards, diplomas and transcripts will be released. If a student withdraws early, tuition will be refunded for full quarters not attended.
Any student enrolling after the commencement of the school year will be billed on a pro-rated basis.
No portion of tuition shall be refunded for a student dismissed by expulsion or disciplinary reasons.
Tuition payments are not transferable to another student.
Delinquent Accounts
Tuition payments are to be paid in a timely manner as per WYIS policy. If a parent desires to receive an invoice, one may be requested from the finance department. Payments more than 10 days past due are subject to an adminstrative fee. If payments are more than 20 days past due, students may be excluded from classes until payment is made.
A student with an outstanding tuition balance will not be allowed to graduate without the consent of School Board. No transcripts will be issued for students with outstanding balances.
