Regular Contacts:

For regular & after-school busing: (School Bus Coordinator) Wing Huang

 

Regular school buses leave school at 3:10pm.

Late buses (for students attending after school activities) leave school at 4:45pm.

Parents need to contact Ms. Huang if:

* their children will not be riding the school bus on a given day

* their children request to ride a different bus on a given day (note: this type of request can only be granted on a space- available basis and must be made 48 hours in advance)

* you have any questions or concerns related to regular and/or after-school bus service

For school lunch ordering and menu: (Lunch Coordinator)Crystal Tu

Monthly menu: Students receive and bring home lunch menus one week before a new month begins (normally on the last Monday)

By 8:45AM on the last Wednesday of the month: Students submit their next month’s order forms to their teachers (if your child is absent on Wednesday, please call in to the office or Ms. Tu no later than 9:30 AM that Wednesday)

If the student missed lunch ordering on a particular day, instant noodles will be provided for the price of 10RMB. Extra orders must be placed two days in advance.

Monday-Friday: receive uniform orders (order forms are available at the receptionist’s desk in the main office, or they may be downloaded from the link below)

Friday: Filled orders can be picked up or sent home.

Please fill out the "School Records Invoice and Request Form", and return the form to Ms. Liu. The form(s) may be picked up in the office.   Please allow 8-10 working days for orders to be processed.

For the WYIS online newsletter:Tiffany Liu

By 2:00 PM every Wednesday, the updated WYIS Weekly Newsletter will be posted online.

Ms. Liu oversees the publication of the school newsletter and answers any questions and concerns about the newsletter.

 

For medical and health concerns: Chessie Westerfeld

Please contact Mrs. Westerfeld for any medical and health issues concerning your children and/or questions about the school medical forms. Mrs. Westerfeld is available from 8AM - Noon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
