Regular Contacts:
For regular & after school busing: (School Bus Coordinator) Wing Huang
- Regular school buses leave school at 3:00pm.
- Late buses (for students attending after school activities) leave school at 4:45pm.
- Parents need to contact Ms. Huang if:
* the child will not be riding the school bus on a given day
* the child requests to ride a different bus on a given day (note: this type of request can only be granted on a space available basis and must be made 48 hours in advance)
* you have any questions or concerns related to regular and/or after school bus service

WYIS School Bus Policy 2009-2010
For school lunch ordering and
menu: (lunch Coordinator & Aloha Liaison)Shawn Yang
- Monthly menu: Students receive menus one week before a new month begins.
- By 8:45 the last Friday of the month: Students submit their next month order forms to their teachers (if your child is absent on Friday, please call in to the office or Mr. Yang no later than 9:30 AM on that Friday)
- By 9:30 AM each day: If a student did not order and wishes to order a lunch it will be at the restaurant’s menu price.
- Parent volunteer lunches must be requested and ordered 48 hours in advance.

- Monday-Friday: receive uniform orders (order forms are available at the receptionist’s desk in the main office, or download from the link below)
- Friday: Fill the order and send uniforms home.

- By 2:00 PM, Wednesday: The updated WYIS weekly Newsletter will be posted online.
- Diane Chen oversees the publication of the school newsletter, and answers any questions and concerns about the newsletter.

Please contact Ms. Sams for any medical and health issues concerning your children and/or questions about the school medical forms. Ms. Sams is available from 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
