CROSS FIT CLASSES FOR PARENTS

At WYIS we strive to create a healthy community for our students and their families. With that said, we are offering CrossFit classes for parents, which began last week. Classes are at 8am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. This fitness class is for anyone interested in becoming a little stronger, a little faster, and a little more fit. The class will be one hour long and will be led by a CrossFit certified coach. No previous exercise experience is required. What would cost over 1000 RMB a month is offered for free at WYIS’ CrossFit facility, located in the Athletics Building. If you are interested in attending, please contact Ben Wilson (ben.wilson@wyischina.com), Athletics Director.
